How microcement helps you.
Microcement is a cement-based finish, troweled on by hand in thin coats, right over the surfaces you already have. Sound tile, concrete, drywall and other approved substrates. Many projects can be resurfaced after assessment and preparation. Plywood needs an approved assembly; wood flooring is not a blanket-approved substrate.
Skip the demolition
It goes over your existing tile, concrete, or drywall. Most projects start without a single thing getting ripped out.
Lose the grout lines
Floors, walls, and showers become one continuous surface. Seamless, so there are no grout lines to scrub.
Use it where it's wet
Use the approved complete system for showers and other wet areas, including waterproofing details and the specified sealer. Ask us to confirm your project specification.

MicroVella is our simpler, publicly available line planned for release in late 2026. It serves DIY users and professionals across approved applications. Forcrete is our premium professional line for certified installers. For larger, complex, wet-area or exterior projects, we recommend an experienced professional.

Certified installers typically charge $30–$75+ per square foot installed. One bathroom remodel can bring in $6,000–$15,000.
Often, yes, when the tile is sound, securely bonded and suitable for the approved system. Preparation, reinforcement and movement-joint details must be assessed before coating.
Forcrete and MicroVella have their own approved system specifications. Wet-area projects require the correct substrate, waterproofing details, reinforcement and sealer. A waterproof coating does not replace the required shower assembly. Allow at least two weeks (14 days) after the final sealer coat before exposing the surface to water. Recoat or touch-dry times do not mean the surface is ready for water exposure. Follow any longer cure period required by the product instructions or jobsite conditions. This does not approve permanent pool submersion.
Service life depends on the substrate, specified system, installation, use and maintenance. Follow the aftercare instructions and reseal when required. Ask us about the written warranty for your project.
